If you are not completely satisfied with the products before installation and within 30 days please let us know. We will give you a Return Authorization Number. After we have received your products in original condition, we will issue a full refund to your credit card. There is no restocking fee to pay. We cannot accept, and no refund will be issued for, products that have been used, damaged, abused or modified.

Please keep the original packing materials with you. All Canada Bathrooms products must be shipped back in their original containers and packing. We recommend that you keep your original containers for the duration of all warranty periods.

Bidet seats and showers that have been installed or used are non-refundable due to personal hygiene reasons. Canada Bathrooms cannot accept product returns if the installation hardware kits have been opened or if other signs of use are detected.
